17 ' WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 1st day of July, 2002, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Schaenette Allen to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-
1, C-Z" Conditional Residence District property generally located
at 5049 Hess Road and legally described as follows:
Unplatted Waterloo West West 310 feet of the North 597
feet of the Northwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 88
Range 13 excluding the highway and that part deed to
the City of Waterloo as described in Land Deed Book 568
Page 945, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2002.
