C trS �I t; ttr r WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City '-ErganOer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 2002 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract :645, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the Specifications, and 00 WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
