`WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
"ii6tofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
%to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
` the Re-roof Concession Stand Waterloo Riverfront Stadium, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
- WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Re-
roof Concession Stand Waterloo Riverfront Stadium, which were
preliminarily approved on May 28, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 17,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Re-roof Concession Stand Waterloo
Riverfront Stadium, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2002 .
