r� x IVRESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

`:Sectionr- l . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 8th day of July, 2002, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the utility
easement generally located at 4040 Alexandra Drive just south of
West San Marnan Drive, and legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 4, Southtown, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4;
thence S 00°16' 00" E along the East line of said Lot 4
a distance of 66. 00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S 89°26' 30" W a distance of 326. 47; thence S
49°56' 30" W a distance of 92 . 06 feet; thence N
00°00' 00" W a distance of 26. 13 feet; thence N
49°56' 30" E a distance of 108 . 56 feet; thence N
89°26' 30" E a distance of 333. 85 feet to said East
line; thence S 00°16' 00" E along said East line a
distance of 20. 00 feet to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2002.
