tx L, WHEREAS, said company's operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from June 18, 2002, to August 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Cedar Valley Corporation for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, effective from
June 18, 2002, to August 31, 2002, in conjunction with F.Y. 2001
San Marnan Drive Traffic Improvements-Phase I, Contract No. 624,
be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 002.
