BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4hat the Impaired Driving Program Grant dated June 17, 2002, in
4be-amount of $13, 000. 00, for overtime enforcement and one in-car
u_aqdo/video system, by and between the Iowa Governor' s Traffic
Safety Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
'11by approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2002.
