Cli+ IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'-7that `'the agreement dated June 20, 2002, by and between Health Care
Advantages, LLC and Iowa Laborers District Council Health and
Welfare Fund and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that salary increases for all
bargaining units for the City of Waterloo be approved as follows :
July 1, 2002 - 2. 0 percent
January 1, 2003 - 2. 0 percent
July 1, 2003 - 3. 5 percent
July 1, 2004 - 3.5 percent
July 1, 2005 - 3. 5 percent
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waterloo make
payments into Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association (VEBA)
for each full time employee in the total amount of $3, 500. 00 for
four years beginning January 1, 2003.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2002 .
