'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
01Witpfore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
"4 rrIpr6p08ed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
002 Asphalt Overlay Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
0<nosWn-,,as Contract No. 645, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
sp6cifications, fom of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Asphalt
Overlay Program, known as Contract No. 645, which were
preliminarily approved on June 10, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 24,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Asphalt Overlay
Program, known as Contract No. 645, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2002 .
