03 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
CU UNPAID GARBAGE AND SEWER DISPOSAL FEES IN THE

CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

t3-1 WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 (3) allows municipalities
,vt-CU 2 to certify unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees to the
benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
all unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees as contained in the
following print-outs :
AWBC001 (dated 6-26-02) - Active Accounts
AWXBC001 (dated 6-26-02) - Final Accounts
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2002 .
