t7 P,That the bid of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,

: in the amount of $2, 425, 415.28, for the construction of the F.Y.
2,002 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 645, described in the
bpdans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
siciproject, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2002 .
