BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of July, 2002, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an 8 foot utility
easement generally located on the south side of Lot 6 of the
Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1 and a 20 foot utility
easement generally located on the north side of Lot 12 in the
Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3. and legally described as
follows:
No legal description was available and no notice of
public hearing was published.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2002 .
