WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
• c4liqr0t0fore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
prOposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2002 Soldiers and Sailors Park, Phase II, in the City of
IWaterioo Iowa, known as Contract No. 644, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Soldiers
and Sailors Park, Phase II, known as Contract No. 644, which were
preliminarily approved on June 17, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 8,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Soldiers and Sailors
Park, Phase II, known as Contract No. 644, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002 .
