HEARING:

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of August, 2002, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Clarence Jordan to rezone from "M-1" Light Industrial District to
"R-2" One and Two Family Residence District property generally
located at 739 Glenwood Street 100 feet west of the intersection
of Glenwood Street and Linden Avenue and legally described as
follows:
Wilbys Addition Lot 7, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002.
