WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, .Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of August, 2002, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Rebecca Curran to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-
i" Residence District property generally located at 1602 Scott
Avenue and legally described as follows :
Unplatted Waterloo West North 132 feet South 660 feet
Northwest Southwest except East 80 feet and except West
93 feet Section 28 Township 89 Range 13 and unplatted
Waterloo West North 132 feet South 792 feet Northwest
Southwest Section 28 Township 89 Range 13 except East
80 feet and except West 93 feet, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
