7LQW; V that John R. Rooff, Mayor, be hereby authorized to execute
aT4agreEiMent dated July 8, 2002, with CHICAGO CENTRAL & PACIFIC
RAILROAD-- COMPANY, copy attached, for replacement of existing
drainae structure under the Chicago Central & Pacific Railroad' s
Lead Track going into Northland Oil, westerly of Rainbow Drive in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED a certified copy of this resolution
be transmitted to Chicago Central & Pacific Railroad Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002 .
