RESOLUTION NO. 2002-415 RESOLUTION APPROVING DEED OF DEDICATION FROM WATERLOO INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION AND R & N INVESTMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DEED OF DEDICATION BY MAYOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Deed of Dedication, dated July 8, 2002, from Waterloo Industrial Development Association and R & N Investments in conjunction with Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3, described as follows: A Part of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20-89-12, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 2, which is also the Westerly right-of-way line of Northeast Drive as platted in the Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 1; thence South 00°25' 20" East along said right-of-way line a distance of 461 . 98 feet; thence South 12°45' 23" West a distance of 132. 29 feet; thence South 00°25' 38" East a distance of 75. 01 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive; thence South 85°29' 45" West along said Northerly right-of-way line a distance of 188 . 15 feet; thence Westerly along said Northerly right-of-way line on a curve concave Northerly having a radius of 1143.24 feet and a long chord bearing North 76°55' 32" West a distance of 701 . 50 feet; thence North 59°20' 50" West along said Northerly right-of-way line a distance of 273. 12 feet; thence North 30°39' 10" East a distance of 151 . 49 feet; thence North 16°47' 09" West a distance of 674 . 63 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 6, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 1; thence North 89°34' 40" East along the Southerly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 525. 10 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 6; thence North 00°25' 20" West along the Easterly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 60 . 00 feet; thence North 89°34' 40" East along the Southerly line of Lots 6 & 7, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 1 a distance of 360. 00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence South 00°25' 20" East along the Westerly line of Tract A and Lot 10, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 2 a distance of 460 . 00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 10; thence North 89°34' 40" East along the Southerly line of said Lot 10 a distance of 350. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
