E-4 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'4.01at H the Agreement dated July 8, 2002, in the amount of
E-+$2407,99. 00, with local match of $80, 266. 00, for prosecution of
(ix'1,1gt- asset forfeiture and career criminal cases generated by the
Tr4„-Cbtl-hty Drug Task Force, by and between Governor' s Office of
Drug Control Policy of Des Moines, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002 .
