M ta �? LBE' IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows:
`v Effective July 1, 2002, non-bargaining employees

tr" H-{ tz for the City of Waterloo will receive a 2 percent
tx increase in their base salary.
2 . Effective January 1, 2003, non-bargaining
employees for the City of Waterloo will receive a
2 percent increase in their base salary.
3 . The City of Waterloo, Iowa, will make payments
into Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association
(VEBA) account for each full-time non-bargaining
employee in the amount of $500 . 00, payable January
1, 2003.
