''Sec;tion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall me€t in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. , on the 22nd day of July, 2002,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the recommendation
from Advisory Committee for allocation of grant in the amount of
$86, 688 . 00 from the U. S. Department of Justice for F.Y. 2002
Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) , with a required local
match of $9, 632 . 00.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002 .
