m ;..WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
' ifteer to prepare and fileplans, specifications, form of

contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
.construction of the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair
trProgram, Contract No. 649, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2002 .
