1; ,1. 1.1petintendent of Waste Management Services to prepare and file
? plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost, etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 2002 Satellite
:--,, nterceptor Corrosion Project, Contract No. 652, in the City of
:Y44terloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
- WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2002 .
