C HS,Wt•.- � oThxa Resolution prepared by Nancy Eckert, City Clerk, 715 Mulberry • S!tre s a Waterloo, Iowa. o trixrri RESOLUTION NO. 2002-458 • E-4 0 <4 • 1-1 r+ 4� RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN • s o AMENDMENT FOR EAGLE TANNERY TO BUILD A 100' X a 300' ADDITION TO THE SOUTH END OF BUILDING U H 0 GENERALLY LOCATED AT 4455 REMINGTON ROAD. ss H vt © 177 H t? `WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City cxOf Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Minor Site Plan Amendment for Eagle rfi' ;riery to build a 100' x 300' addition to the south end of trbui=ldi.ng generally located at 4455 Remington Road, legally co tdescribed as follow: d Unplatted Waterloo East Southeast Southwest Section 15 Township 89 Range 12 except railroad and except Highway tri Book 540 Page 924 and except that part Southeast Southwest lying South of railroad, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site Plan amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a public hearing, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Minor Site Plan Amendment for Eagle Tannery to build a 100' x 300' addition to the south end of building generally located at 4455 Remington Road, be and the same is hereby approved.
