EContradtl-No. 639, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the Citi of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 29 h day of July, 2002, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Seaboard Surety Company of Baltimore, Maryland, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
