xWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
phE retofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
P-itorm;_of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Satellite Interceptor
Corrosion Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
0Cntract No. 652, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Satellite Interceptor Corrosion
Project, known as Contract No. 652, which were preliminarily
approved on July 22, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
12, 2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Satellite Interceptor
Corrosion Project, known as Contract No. 652, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2002 .
