' `WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, 00 cchQretdfore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the tvF.Y ' '2003 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program, known as Contract i\TO,;':61,49, and WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program, known as Contract No. 649, which were preliminarily approved on July 22, 2002, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 12, 2002, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program, known as Contract No. 649, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
