CH �> `WIREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall rrrleet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of ^Waterloos Icra, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 26th day of August, 2002, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of cahec-ward Curtis to rezone from "R-3" Multiple Residence District to "R-3, C-Z" Conditional Multiple Residence District property generally located in the 900 block of Grant Avenue, between West 7th Street and West 8th Street and legally described as follows : Leavitt Johnson and Miller Addition Southeast 35 feet Northeast 90 feet Lot 14 Block 11, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
