H o H 0 WHEREAS, the following improvement was required as a cam+ z rrcandition precedent to the final approval of South Fork Estates c.Fi,rst Addition; namely the installation of sanitary sewer, and L 9 WHEREAS, the above improvement has been completed in \substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards FAO requirements of the City Engineer, and tx o WHEREAS, Ernster & Company, Inc. , has provided a two-year maintenance bond for said South Fork Estates First Addition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvement for South Fork Estates First Addition, be and the same is hereby accepted.
