PROJECT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
W RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE BY MAYOR.

t� IER WEAS, Ron Dillavou, 44 W. Eagle Road, has paid the
Water1Go Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory
-Note _aiidr; Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South
Rural "'Water Main Project for the following described
property:
' West Seventeen (17 ) Rods of the East Thirty-three
(33) Rods of the South Eleven ( 11) Rods of the
Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section Sixteen (16) ,
Township Eighty-seven (87) North, Range Thirteen
(13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black
Hawk County, Iowa, except the East Five and one-
half (5' ) Rods thereof, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated August 12, 2002, for payment of Promissory
Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main
Project, by and between Ron Dillavou, 44 W. Eagle Road, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2002 .
