RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH

AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

(-1h BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
.that Service Agreement to provide maintenance on broadband data
-4 'lletwork provided to city buildings at a cost of $20 per fiber
Vstrand per location dated August 12, 2002, by and between MCC
IOWA LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
rhereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2002 .
