sha .l meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 26th day of August, 2002, for the
purpose of sale and conveyance of property generally located at
48 Mulberry Street under HUD Section 5 (h) Plan for sale of Single
Family Dwellings under the Public Housing Homeownership Program
to Oscar L. Aguilar and Concepcion L. Mendez, described as
follows :
Parts of Lot 2 & 3, Block 6, Virden Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $49, 900. 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2002 .
