RESOLUTION NO. 2002-503
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO TERRY C.
BRUCE, 1946 HARROW ROAD, FOR A WAIVER OF THE
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT FOR STREET FRONTAGE
ALONG TILBURY ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
WHEREAS, the City Planner has made written application to
the City Council asking that Terry C. Bruce, 1946 Harrow Road, be
authorized and permitted to waive the sidewalk requirement for
street frontage along Tilbury Road, and legally described as
follows :
Westbourne Terrace Third Addition, Lot 53 , all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is
hereby granted to Terry C. Bruce, 1946 Harrow Road, for a waiver
of the sidewalk requirement for street frontage along Tilbury
Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Terry C. Bruce, 1946 Harrow
Road, be required to file a waiver of assessment with the City of
Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2002 .
