N h; H o c H d Q • 4 H RESOLUTION NO. 2002-508 s RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, O C� 4.c SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED car En- COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2003 `i; Cr tE1 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM-ZONE 2, txoc� s an r 0 H 0 0 CONTRACT NO. 650. f; ~' ,WFREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, c' pe,re1:Of©re instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare _proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the h '.Y. ,2003 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program-Zone 2, in the City Hof .•aterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 650, and WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program-Zone 2, known as Contract No. 650, which were preliminarily approved on August 12, 2002, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 26, 2002, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program-Zone 2, known as Contract No. 650, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
