[71 H z BE IT RESbLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 16th day of September, 2002, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate 8 foot utility easement generally located on the south side of Lot 6 of the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1 and 20 foot utility easement generally located on the north side of Lot 12 in the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3, and legally described as follows: The 8-foot wide utility easement as platted adjacent to the South line of Lot 6 of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1, except that portion of said easement lying 8 foot Easterly and adjacent to the Westerly line of said lot; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; and also, The 20-foot wide utility easement as platted adjacent to the North line of Lot 12 of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3, except that portion of said easement lying 8 foot Easterly and adjacent to the Westerly line of said lot; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2002.
