RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING

EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

CD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'that the Agreement dated August 26, 2002, in the amount of
1 $83.081 . 00, for FY 2003 Commercial Air Service Vertical
4Infrastructure Program funds to be used for roof repairs in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Terminal Project,
by -Ond between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
EMayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2002 .
