I ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(-4 that the Agreement dated August 26, 2002, in the amount of

$.175, 000. 00 for construction phase services in conjunction with
Ethe ' Waterloo Regional Airport Terminal Project, by and between
' Btarns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. , and the City of
waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2002 .
