tr " That the bid of Struxture Architects of Waterloo, Iowa for
design services in the amount of $42, 453. 00 and additional
construction cost at a rate of 6 percent in conjunction with 2002
Renovation of Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, be and
the same is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said services .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement dated August 26,
2002 in the amount of $42, 453. 00 and additional construction cost
at a rate of 6 percent in conjunction with 2002 Renovation of
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, by and between
Struxture Architects of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 2002 .
