`i wt-hat the One-year Agreement dated September 9, 2002, to provide
,,Gleaning services for City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police

LI-Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is 'hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
