7WHEREAS, construction projects are currently underway in the
siTVIncent Road, Lobdell Road and Castle Street area, and
WHEREAS in order to create a safe environment for vehicular

traffic-, it is necessary to temporarily place No Parking This
Side signs on the west side of the 100 block of Vincent Road,
east side of the 100 block of Lobdell Road and south side of the
1900 block of Castle Street
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that No Parking This Side signs be
temporarily placed on the west side of the 100 block of Vincent
Road, east side of the 100 block of Lobdell Road and south side
of the 1900 block of Castle Street until construction projects
are completed, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 2002 .
