nTHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed Earth Tech
Qt0'Tp'repare and file plans, specifications, form of contract and
1;4preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the construction of the
6Highwiay 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail-Phase I, Contract No. 584,
,,,,in ' the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the

``' WHEREAS, Earth Tech has filed said plans, specifications,
foim of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 2002 .
