RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
0 • <1 SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
tri COST, ETC. , FOR THE BYRNES POOL-ZERO DEPTH
RENOVATION.

. WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator to prepare and file plans,
a) Specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc. , for the construction of the Byrnes Pool-Zero Depth
RenOvation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
speCifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 2002.
