c,., WHEREAS, on September 23, 2002, at 5 :30 p.m. in the City
"'Hail' Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of
,Nat'erl oo concerning the Hwy. 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail - Phase
_1, Car Car Trail, STP-ES-E-8155 (42)-8T-07, Contract No. 584,
and

WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of said project .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
