ra Ei S E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
RD n FI'hat the bid of Iowa-Illinois Taylor Insulation of Hiawatha,
E?Iowa, in the amount of $64, 307 . 00, for the Asbestos Abatement
�:'Watrlo'o Regional Airport Terminal Renovation, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, after public hearing on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
