1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
*t. 4. the Agreement dated September 23, 2002, to take core samples

" !1"frOth the MidAmerican dam and the bedrock beneath the dam, by and
between MidAmerican Energy and Terracon, Inc. , and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Tova.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
