Mortgage dated September 23, 2002, for payment of Economic
Development Loan, by and between Joseph 0. and Ardys E.
Squires, for property generally located at 722 Water Street,
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
