- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
cithat the One-year Lease Agreement dated September 23, 2002, for
use of a van by the Police Department at no cost to the City, by
w c4land between C & S Car Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
tWaterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Lfauthorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
