BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that the Agreement dated September 23, 2002, for a grant in the
,lamount of $150, 000. 00 in conjunction with Brownfield Assessment
HDemonstration Pilot Project for the Rath Neighborhood
Iledevelopment Area, by and between the U. S . Environmental
PrOjection Agency (EPA) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
rrithe same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
