tx3 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH R & N INVESTMENTS
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID ADDENDUM BY
MAYOR.

71r- tr .-.1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
,L.;.; that the Addendum to Development Agreement dated September 23,
2002, to extend completion date of remaining portion of
delopment of 62 , 000 square feet of buildings in the Northeast
Industrial Park to December 31 , 2003, by and between R & N
Invstments, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
