',WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed City
L7Engineer to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the F.Y. 2003 Iry Warren Memorial , Gates and
$ou'th Hills Golf Courses and Byrnes Park Parking Lots Paving,
Contrac=t No . 658, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, City Engineer has filed said plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2002 .
