MT' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
1) heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
w Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Evaporative
Condenser and Control System - Young Arena, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,
:7 WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Evaporative Condenser and Control System
- Young Arena, which were preliminarily approved on September 9,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 30, 2002, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Evaporative Condenser and
Control System - Young Arena, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30t' day of September, 2002 .
