<1 a-i <�A WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-583 , plans, specifications,
n- rform of contract , etc . , for the Evaporative Condenser and Control
a' r'System - Young Arena, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
rapproved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute .
: Y- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
